When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered fully accepted until Awaisify confirms or processes the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Product availability issues.

  • Pricing or listing errors.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

  • Duplicate or unusually large orders.

  • Delivery limitations.

  • Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel or modify an order after it has been placed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the contact information provided with the order.

Your purchases are subject to our 7-day Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.

SECTION 4 - CASH ON DELIVERY

Awaisify offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and locations.

For COD orders, payment is generally collected when the order is delivered to you.

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available communication methods to verify a COD order before dispatch.

Repeatedly placing orders and refusing or failing to accept deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

We reserve the right to require additional order verification where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated before order completion.

If an obvious pricing, product, or listing error occurs, Awaisify reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver orders to locations within Pakistan where delivery services are available.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, holidays, public events, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier or delivery service, delivery timing may be outside Awaisify's direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional arrangements or charges may apply where applicable.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Awaisify provides a 7-day return period for eligible products.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.

Returned products must generally be in the same condition in which they were received, unused and undamaged, with the original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, and other components where applicable.

Products damaged through misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modification or repair, or improper handling may not qualify for a return.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Returns must be approved by Awaisify before the product is sent back.

SECTION 8 - WARRANTY

Some electronics products sold by Awaisify may include a manufacturer warranty or an Awaisify-provided warranty.

Warranty claims may require inspection or testing of the product.

Where a warranty claim is approved, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution depending on the product, warranty terms, and availability.
